A truck was invoiced for Rs 1.16 lakh under the Motor Vehicle Act 2019.  The truck owner took the blow and added the money and handed over the deposit to the driver to the RTO office.  But seeing so much money together, the driver got lured and he ran away with the money.

 The incident took place in the capital Delhi.  Currently the 57-year-old truck driver has been arrested from Ferozepur in Uttar Pradesh.  The owner, Yameen Khan, has filed a complaint alleging that he ran away with Rs 1.16 lakh.  The accused has been identified as Jhabbu Hussain.

 According to the owner, his truck was invoiced for Rs 1.16 lakh in Rewari.  This invoice has been reported to be due to overloading.  The owner gave that money to the driver and asked him to deposit.  The owner alleges that the driver did not reach Rewari and then stopped picking up the phone.

 According to the information received, after the case was registered, the police team reached the driver's house for questioning.  At the same time, the slang also came.  At present, the police arrested him and recovered the money.

 The overloading penalty has also increased following the change in the motor vehicle act.  The penalty for overloading has increased from 2 thousand to 20 thousand.  At the same time, two thousand rupees have to be paid per ton for additional load.  It was earlier one thousand rupees per ton.
