British writer Kamila Shamsi of Pakistani origin refused to give the award   A German-based organization has refused to give the award to British writer Kamila Shamsi of Pakistani origin.  The organization has taken this step because of Shamsi's pro-Palestinian and anti-Israel stance.  According to the report published in the Pakistani media, it was decided on behalf of the administration of the German city of Dortmund to honor Kamila Shamsi with the Nelly Sox Award.  This honor is given in memory of the famous Jewish writer Nobel laureate Nellie Sox.  On September 6, the jury announced that Kamila Shamsi has been chosen from among the literary writers nominated for the award.   But, in a statement released on Wednesday, the organizers said that the eight-member jury has withdrawn the order to award Shamsi and now this award will not be given to anyone for the year 2019.  "Despite all the research, members of the jury were not aware that the aut...

Pakistan to chant Alappa Kashmir at UNHRC meeting today, India will give a befitting reply  Pakistan has been badly troubled by the Modi government's decision to abolish Article 370, which gives special status to Jammu and Kashmir (jammu kashmir).  Pakistan has complained to many countries and raised its voice against India on many forums.  But every one of his plans was destroyed again.  Now once again Pakistan can sing the rant of Jammu and Kashmir in United Nations Human Rights Council (UNHRC).  The 42nd session of the UNHRC in Geneva has started from Monday.  This is where Pakistan will address the meeting today and India will respond to it.  Pakistan Foreign Minister Shah Mehmood Qureshi will raise this issue in the United Nations Human Rights Council.  Pakistan is about to present its side around 3 o'clock, to which India will answer around 7 o'clock.  After which the Secretary of India will answer it.  Earlier, Pakistan ...
